Description The Website Strategy Manager - Personalization will be a key member of the Citizens Bank website strategy team that manages the public website experience. This position will collaborate with a number of internal and external partners to drive best-in-class customer experiences using personalization and data-driven content experiences. This will include managing projects with agency support and seeing through deliverables that connect Citizen's data architecture and product strategies to enable personalized experiences for consumers on the website. The role will also oversee measurement and reporting strategy to measure the effectiveness of personalization strategies on the website. The team is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and passionate and seeking someone with creativity, digital-DNA and ambition. Responsibilities Translate digital product and customer data stakeholder requirements into implementation roadmaps and project plans for website integration Manage the end-to-end process and workflow for implementing personalization capabilities that deliver enable delivery of content across the website with a focus on primary product and content marketing spaces Support the administration of Adobe contracts and agency partnerships that support data integration and personalization on the website Work with Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target to deliver targeted experiences on the website Support an overall website strategy team to define opportunities that will improve customer experiences through data-driven personalization tactics Work with the development team in an Agile environment to test and deploy personalization and experience enhancements Manage the measurement and regular updates on the performance of personalized content and user experiences on the website Qualifications 6+ years in Digital Marketing, with focused broader digital media experience a benefit Experience with Adobe Target, AAM, DMP's, dynamic content or similar personalized content delivery systems is preferred Experience working with agency technical support contracts is preferred Development and reporting of KPIs related to personalization and web experience is preferred Ability to effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Creative, analytical and takes initiative, along with a strong attention to detail Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Above-average web knowledgeskills.
