  • Effectively uses customer insights, competitive intelligence and data/analytics to translate business goals into marketing strategies
  • Owns reaching the targets by leveraging data to continually optimize, remediate or go faster
  • Own and execute pieces of the omnichannel campaigns as needed/per plan
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience as a respected leader of strategy and/or marketing
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
  • Skilled at conflict resolution, solution selling and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with deep passion for our customers and entrepreneurial 'can do' approach to business
  • Deep knowledge of Legal profession and professional services generally; sub-segment experience preferred
  • Highly analytical approach
  • Consulting or agency experience a plus
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to drive strategy
