The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Securities and You Invest - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Management and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices. The Role Overview: We are in search of a dynamic, client-obsessed, bold thinking leader to lead engagement marketing and go-to-market plan for new Digital Investing products within the newly created US Wealth Management line of business within JPMC. We want to re-imagine how we market to existing clients, market new capabilities, strengthen client engagement, and drive loyalty. This role will drive marketing engagement strategy for digital investing products aimed at the Aspiring Affluent, including developing and implementing strategies and new break-through initiatives that will increase NPS, increase net new money from existing customers and reduce outflows. Revamp new client onboarding experience Develop deep understanding of consumer insights to determine the value proposition, critical customer journeys and product/ channel needs for the segment Partner with content teams to deliver relevant and personalized content and insight as part of the broader marketing and client experience mix Oversee the design and launch of key enhancements in collaboration with Digital to deliver exceptional end - to - end customer journeys. Be a customer advocate for this segment - champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels. Partner with Analytics and other teams to understand end - to - end program performance across traffic, engagement, conversion and account/customer quality metrics Lead and nurture a talented, highly motivated team deeply committed to the segment mission & goals, who are also recognized as strong partners and collaborators across organization.
