Protiviti is seeking an Identity & Access Management Manager to join our growing team.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Developing and delivering technical documentation, presentations for client use, and conducting research.
Assisting in the design of secure AD deployment architectures
Assisting with the creation of implementation approaches for directory deployments
Completing tasks assigned by Project Manager related to project AD implementation activities
Additional AD skills or experience desired:
Administration in multi-domain and multiple forest environment
Familiarity with components included in the Windows CIS hardening standards
Creation of testing plans and change controls
Prior experience performing AD migration, consolidations and upgrades
Experience in Group Policy
Experience in performing application compatibility testing in Active Directory development and staging environments
Experience in developing PowerShell scripts
Experience implementing Microsoft Active Directory 3-tier architecture
Understanding of Windows and Active Directory security
Experience implementing controls to protect against pass the hash attacks, gold tickets, password spraying and mimikatz
Experience implementing controls to prevent lateral movement in Active Directory
Familiarity with 3rd party Active Directory management tools
Microsoft and Information Security Certifications are a plus
Security software deployment or internal IT audit experience a plus.
Experience in requirements gathering, documenting and assessing organizations current state and building deployment strategies
Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (eg MIS, CIS) required
5+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
Certifications and/or training in leading IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt or CyberArk are strongly preferred
Certification such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM or Project Management (eg PMP) are a plus
