The Customer & Account Management organization plays a critical role at Collins Aerospace both internally and externally. Specific responsibilities of this role include:

* This role requires attention to detail, the ability to focus on results and strong analytical skills as the individual will have the opportunity to drive the success of our organization.
* Several projects or functions will be assigned to the candidate based on their specific skill set and interests.
* These may include project planning & execution, continuous improvement & process excellence initiatives, data analytics & delivery assurance, and supplier management.
* It is expected that the candidate will be comfortable working with large amounts of data and drawing conclusions based on his or her analysis of the data.
* The candidate must also be comfortable working on large projects with stringent deadlines and coordinating deliverables across multiple functional groups.
* This role will introduce the candidate to our global distribution strategy by working with our forward stocking locations positioned around the world.
* The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our 3PL (third party logistics) partners, to include UPS, DB Schenker, and K&N to provide strategic contract and execution support.
* It will be necessary for the candidate to interface with both internal and external entities such as repair stations, customer administration, suppliers, Collins Aerospace Supply Chain and Program Management.

Education / Certifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Business Administration or Information Technology from an accredited institution.

Experience/Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

* Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Business Administration or Information Technology from an accredited institution
* Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher
* Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework

Preferred Qualifications:

* Understand and use common Microsoft applications (proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project at a minimum)
* Analyze large amounts of data identifying actions based on the results
* Listen and communicate effectively
* Take direction and be self-directed in managing daily tasks and schedules
* Make use of problem-solving skills
* Manage projects to completion providing deliverables as scheduled
* Utilize interpersonal skills to work well within the team environment
* Be process-focused and identify where improvements are necessary
* An understanding of any of the modern data analysis programs
* An understanding of SAP, Collins Aerospace's inventory ERP system
