Within Change Management, our role is to ensure governance of the Change Management processes across all regions and IT Divisions through governance of the lifecycle of RFCs, leadership of departmental, regional and Global Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensuring adherence to critical KPIs, KRIs and Operational Process metrics. We collaborate with the Problem Management team to reduce the number of change inflicted outages and facilitate the process of change implementation to reduce future change inflicted outages.

The team is comprised of two towers, Operational Change Management: responsible for operational stability, audit activities and Change Management-run CABs. Strategic Change Management: responsible for Self-Service CABs, Change Reporting, DevOps Changes, Tooling and Innovation. This is a functional lead role for DevOps Capabilities management within the function.

You will play a pivotal role and benefit from ensuring compliance with Change Management policy for all areas of IT adopting DevOps methodologies. This will include defining interaction models between deployment teams and Change Management, the tooling aspect - including API-generated RFCs, and the governance. Reporting to ensure Policy compliance as well as measurable outcomes of DevOps methodology will also be produced. The role includes both the definition of processes surrounding Change Management forDevOps but also partner management for critical partners in teams transforming to DevOps to ensure solutions that work to facilitate DevOps while ensuring Policy compliance. This role will oversee Change Management practices related to DevOps across the whole of the Credit Suisse IT environment, and you will work in partnership with Regional Change Management leadership to ensure the operational effectiveness of the Process for DevOps.

You Offer

  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience, working in a global or financial services firm would be preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of, and/or heavy exposure to, several different technical disciplines such as UNIX, Windows, Linux/Storage, networks, mainframe, WEB, or database.
  • ITIL certification desirable.
  • Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Experience with Service Now tool and workflows.
  • Experience with developing dynamic reporting and dashboards.
