Reporting to the CIO, the Sr. Director, Enterprise Architecture is responsible for managing the enterprise IT systems architecture and ensuring it continually supports the corporate business strategy. The enterprise IT systems in scope include, but are not limited to Enterprise Applications (SAP, SuccessFactors, Info Sec IT Services systems) The person will work with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure the current and future needs of the organization are met in a strategic, efficient, sustainable manner. The Sr. Director will own high level IT implementation roadmaps and work closely with multiple stake holders (including business managers, delivery teams, ) at country and central level to ensure alignment with the country business goals and with the overall CIO strategy. The incumbent must represent the IT vison of the company, includes working in close collaboration with other IT executives and teams, Customer Operations Support, Facilities Management, Gaming Architecture teams, and in-house software development organizations. Responsibilities Support the CIO in defining the strategic vision and roadmap for the enterprise IT systems. Create the principles, policies and standards to keep IT system designs and implementations aligned with core business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to critically evaluate shared applications and infrastructure options to to help reduce costs. Proactively manage security and frequent upgrade of enterprise IT systems of the business to meet changing demands of the business Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the company s operations and business applications. Collaborate with Information Security, solution architects and network architects to provide enterprise solution governance of core IT systems Oversee and help ensure proper planning, staffing and timely completion of enterprise IT projects Monitor the activities of the enterprise architecture unit as well as other sub-units in the office of CIO to ensure compliance to the overall objectives Evaluate and help plan process improvements to improve the effectiveness of existing and new IT systems Qualifications An advanced degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering andor business (MBA) is preferred. 10+ years of experience with majority in a global, mid-to-large size organization Demonstrated ease in working for large, complex and matrix organizations and leading through influencing and indirect leadership Must possess outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across department and business lines to accomplish goals Must have hands on experience in leading innovation transformation programs Must attract great talent and build effective teams Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and systems matters simply Must balance broad, strategic-thought leadership with attention to detail Keys to Success Building collaborative relationships Decision making Drive results Foster innovation Personal energy Self-leadership LI-TL1 di IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
