RESPONSIBILITIES Will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Will focus on the people side of change ndash including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Project Delivery Plan, manage, and execute change management activities crossing multiple lines of business for assigned projectsinitiatives. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Assess the change impact. Complete change assessments. Create change management strategy. Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics. Identify and manage anticipated resistance. Consult and coach project teams. Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan Support communication efforts. Support training efforts. Engage and coach senior leaders in fulfillment of roles as change sponsors. Support and coach frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities. Coordinate efforts with other specialists. Integrate change management activities into project plan. Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Manage stakeholders. Track and report issues. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Report on status of change management activities to project teams, sponsors, stakeholders, and the IT OCM team. Practice Development Contribute to the establishment, maintenance, and improvements of change management best practices and tools. Follow team standards for managing work and reporting progress related to change management practice development activities. Promote awareness of change management business value and best practices within IT and to business customers. Serve as an advisor of change management delivery within the IT organization, and to business customers as needed. Support change management at the organizational level ndash Enterprise Change Management. Contribute to the management of the change portfolio and change load. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelorrsquos degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences. 10+ years of direct experience in change management, user adoption, business readiness, or benefits realization. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Experience with ADKAR Model is a plus. Change management certification or designation desired Prosci Certification or CCMP Certification a plus. Exceptional communication skills ndash both written and verbal. Flexible and adaptable able to work in ambiguous situations. Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Prosci Certification a plus. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Certification a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus. Position will require communication and coordination with support vendors and contractors. Position will require working with other globally distributed offices, lines of businesses, and shared service organizations as well as the Global IT team.
