Position Summary:

Responsible for overall marketing division, including strategy development and market messaging. Implements and evaluates brand strategies that ensures organization is well positioned in the market.

Essential Functions:

1. Leads employer brand strategy by developing a detailed go-to-market plan / roadmap

2. Develops relationships and collaboration to initiative and drive change

3. Assesses competitive landscape to identify and prioritize market need (including but not limited to analyzing RFP customer trends, keeping abreast of competitor strategies and offerings)

4. Lead and collaborate marketing multi-year strategy formation, development / roadmap, testing and roll out (including development of metrics and key performance indicators)

5. Develop business case around specific customer needs, maintain / refine comprehensive value story, ensure market messaging aligns with strategic roadmap and how communicated to the market

6. Participates in the Senior Leadership Team, with limited "executive committee" responsibilities

7. Delivers superior levels of customer service to both internal and external customers while demonstrating Ricardo's core values of respect, integrity, creativity and innovation, and passion

8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or other related technical field required

2. Five years leadership experience in business / solution strategy; highly professional in appearance and approach; exudes expertise and credibility

3. Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills

4. Sound strategic thinker; possesses vision of what could be; ability to identify opportunities; nimbleness in thinking; initiator of improvements

5. Ability to interpret and recommend qualitative and quantitative market research

6. Strong but customer-aware negotiation skills; track record of building high-performing teams; ability to influence

7. Excellent presentation skills and communication skills; effective at communicating a path forward, especially in times of crisis; ability to condense complex issues into succinct messages

8. Strong problem solving, analytical and listening skills

9. Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task

10. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed organization

11. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
