Job duties:
  • Advise clients and architect solutions as an integral part of consulting services sales
  • Act as the most senior design authority on delivery projects
  • Manage the ServiceNow solution design
  • Understand the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation
  • Work with Program Resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition
  • Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and vendor product roadmap
  • Oversee and lead the review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement.
  • Provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability and supportability of the solution and processes.
  • Stay current on the vendor's solution capabilities and product roadmap and maintain the organizational roadmap for the solution.
Required skills/experience:
  • Track record of technical leadership in sales of $1m or more
  • Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments
  • Minimum of 8+ years of technology implementation
  • Firm understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules
  • System implementation experience required, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large scale systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadline
  • Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
  • Strong technical project management and / or leadership skills
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time (Monday - Thursday/Friday)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Certified ITIL V3 practitioner

  • People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
