ServiceNow Developer - Human Capital Consulting

Work you'll do:

As a ServiceNow Developer for our HR Transformation, Digital HR/ HR Tech team, you should have a fundamental understanding of ServiceNow functionality, architecture, configuration and integration technologies. You will be will be responsible for creating & delivering ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Ajax and Jelly scripting languages along with standard out of the box configuration techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend business requirements and provide development solutions to meet these requirements with technologies such as Glide scripting, Jelly script, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow API's
• Perform configuration level tasks to meet business requirements (field setups, page layouts, role/profile changes, etc).
• Follow Software development life cycle methodology to include development based on business requirements, unit/UAT testing, and change documentation to meet change control requirements
• Working with Business Analyst or business SME's regarding requirements, complete end to end implementation, and provide post deployment support
• Directly engage with the end user on requirements and offer direction as needed
• Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong ServiceNow product knowledge you possess
• Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of developing and customizations experience in ServiceNow implantations
• 5+ years of total IT experience
• ServiceNow certification is preferred
• Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations and customizations
• Up to 80% travel required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices
• Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application
• Big 4 consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
