Requisition ID 41289 Title Sr Org Change Mgmt and Training Specialist Division Arthrex, Inc. (US01) Location Naples, FL Main Objective The Senior Organizational Change Management and Training Specialist is primarily responsible for leading OCM activities within all Arthrex sites in support of enterprise-wide andor global projects and programs. The individual drives all aspects of the implementation of a change management plan that is leveraged for key regional and global change initiatives, working under the direction of a Change Manager, and within an overall Change Management Office governance structure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support ongoing operations of a Change Management Office that supports change initiatives which are regional andor global in nature Support and sustain the OCM Manager as needed Lead and deliver Arthrex's Change Management standard methodology, tools, and templates to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the change initiative Create, implement and manage actionable deliverables for change management levers communications plan, change network to support project implementation, sponsor roadmap, stakeholder management, engagement, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan, reinforcementsustainment plan Manage stakeholders Define and measure change success metrics Create and implement change management strategy Assess the change impact Complete change management assessments Support communication efforts Support training efforts Coordinate efforts with others (Change team, business leaders, Sponsors, as well as project team) Integrate change management activities into overall project plan Evaluate and ensure user readiness Incidental Duties The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred Certified Prosci Change Management Methodology is preferred 7 plus years of organizational change management utilizing change management methodologies with successively more responsibly in leadership roles leading up to or including OCM Lead required Prior experience leading global, enterprise-wide implementations involving implementation partners required Minimum 5 years of professional experience in change management capacity required Knowledge and Skill RequirementsSpecialized Courses andor Training Prosci Change Management certification is a plus Ability to work independently and interact effectively with at all organizational levels Strong and effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independentlywith minimal supervision Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Motivated self-starter Experience working with globally diverse partners or leading cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and planning skills Organizational Change Management Possess global acumen Project Management experience a plus Lean and 6 Sigma experience a plus Multi-language skills preferred Machine, Tools, andor Equipment Skills Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
