The International partnering team is a truly global team. We are currently based in the US and UK and we support Twitch staff across Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and North America. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to support our Marketing and Content organizations, comprised of approximately 350 staff predominantly based in San Francisco (and to a lesser extent across Europe and Asia). The ideal candidate will contribute at both a hands-on and strategic level to cultivate a truly amazing Twitch employee experience. This position is located in San Francisco alongside the senior leaders of the Marketing and Content organizations and will work closely with the local and international People team. This role will report to the Senior Manager of International People Partnering (based in London) and will be responsible for HR leadership of these two rapidly growing global functions. As Twitch continues to scale rapidly and smartly across the globe, we will expect this role to understand how to work with their client group leadership teams to evolve the organization through transformational work and collaborate across the People function to deliver our growth strategy. Responsibilities Partner with functional and business leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to executives and senior leaders Ensure the delivery of innovative organizational development solutions and cutting edge HR services across talent management, career development, performance management, leadership development, culture and conflict resolution Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows Partner effectively with other cross-functional teams such as Diversity, L&D, Talent Management and Compensation on communications and best practices Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees Develop knowledge and skills to reinforce the Twitch culture with leaders and employees Act as a liaison between recruiting and business teams.
