Strategy Consulting Serve as a lead interface between a client and Evolent during strategic consulting engagements Lead discrete project work streams spanning several value-based care disciplines (financial business case, market/growth strategy, policy, clinical, technology, operations/integration) Build advisory relationships with client clinical and administrative executives, foster leadership consensus, resolve organizational barriers, and establish Evolent as a trusted strategic and operational partner Develop presentation strategy, narratives and content for meetings with executive clients Utilize expert content knowledge of the healthcare industry to assist Evolent leaders in identifying potential partnerships and shaping strategic consulting engagements Lead the writing and refinement of client-ready proposals at various points in the business development process Oversee, review and refine quantitative analyses development by consulting team Manage, motivate, and direct team on various and complex responsibilities Solution Development Demonstrate understanding of healthcare technology and services trends and business models through identification of specific, innovative opportunities to improve Evolent products and methodologies Lead development of return-on-investment (ROI) analyses, market sizing and market entry strategies, value proposition development, and potential pricing/business model methodologies Oversee coordination with Solution/Product Managers to translating market intelligence into marketing and product strategy to inform overall growth strategy for company 7+ years consulting experience with project leadership experience Graduate Degree (MPH, MBA, etc.) Experience working in health systems (hospitals, providers) and/or health environments Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives -- comfort developing relationships and engaging executives in back-and-forth conversation and presentations Experience in selling and influencing new customer business as well as managing large, complex accounts Ability to think and communicate quantitatively, translating complex concepts into readily understandable strategic alternatives Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, build credibility and trust Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities
