Senior Director, Martech Strategy - Campbell , California, United States, 95008

8x8 is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Leader with an established record of success in both fast-growing startups and mature corporate organizations to support the Marketing Operations work as required to support Product Marketing, Digital Marketing Marketing, Sales and Account Development, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams. As a Senior Director, Marketing Tech, you will partner with 8x8's Marketing Leadership team to manage core service offerings for the marketing function. You will develop roadmaps and then execute against them. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Operations. To succeed, you will be a flexible and well-rounded leader with strategic, operational and project management experience.

Responsibilities
Drive Strategy for MarTech stack
Work with internal and external engineers to execute technically
Partner with Demand Generation, Web, Product Marketing, etc to run boundary-less omnichannel campaigns using the martech stack
Responsible for buying all paid media associated with the MarTech stack.
Ensure success of cross functional programs. Deliver on scope, timeline, budget, data quality, change management, and transition of the program into ongoing support operations.
Define and execute on an aligned vision of future state Marketing technical architecture and integrations
Qualifications
Career leadership experience at large B2B SaaS environments.
Related experience in Marketing Operations management positions.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in related field
Have a bias for action.
Deep knowledge of best-in-class Marketing Technology stacks and best practice business processes.
Understanding of technologies that are currently in our infrastructure, including Salesforce, and are well versed with Marketing Automation Platforms.
Successful track record of delivering global technical and software implementation projects with measurable business impact
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven success in effective virtual team and people management
Common knowledge of the software packages or like-software packages such as Salesforce and Marketo
