Senior Business Architect, Data Analytics Data Analytics is North Highland s leading growth area and we are looking for a Senior Business Architect to make an impact within our Information Management and Data Engineering offering. This role is primarily responsible for growing portfolio accounts and developing the strategy and road map around data governance and data strategy solutioning and data engineering delivery. The amazing work you ll get to do with North Highland will include Participate in business development pursuits as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) architecture and data governance Collaborate creatively with our client account teams to grow existing and build new client relationships with some of the most exciting brands in the world Show a bias to action through high quality work delivered on time and on budget to our clients Provide strategic thinking, solutions, roadmaps and?project leadership for all Data Analytics work Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps in the context of EIM Provide primary project leadership for all data and analytics projects in the local market Scope, estimate, plan, staff, execute, and ensure quality in EIM projects Lead in proposal development for Enterprise Information Management plus other proposals Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques and best practices including prototyping new architecture methods, tools and products that might provide future value to our clients Participate in project reviews to ensure architectural direction is continually followed In general, be a SME in Enterprise Information Management, be a great project leader, work inclusively and collaboratively with project and account teams, and contribute to North Highland Data and Analytics being a world class BI and Analytics provider Put your team s best ideas into action through planning and management uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables. Play a central role in your team s growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements. Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques and best practices including prototyping new architecture methods, tools and products that might provide future value to our clients Be a thought leader by contributing to blog postings or white papers Be part of the global thought leadership team on agile, digital transformation, cloud analytics, and modern data analytics concepts The ideal person will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and delivery of EIM projects, including SQL Database (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.), Enterprise platforms and Business IntelligenceData Warehousing, specifically related to data governance, documenting requirements, helping build full life-cycle BIDW solutions, testing overall solutions, etc. A solid background in growing a data and analytics practice for a consulting agency or a mix of private firmconsulting firm experience Strong expertise in data governance and customer master data management Deep knowledge in Modern Data Strategy and Governance, and Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions Experience with design, development and deployment of complex data andor analytical solutions Enterprise data warehousing and dimensional data modeling Agile project leadership experience Expertise in data visualization specifically Tableau andor QlikView Experience leading project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and opportunityfunnel management The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility Demonstrated success at developing a high-quality human experience through coaching, leadership and career development A well-articulated sense of purpose and vision for your life and career Undergraduate degree from an accredited collegeuniversity Travel Must be travel ready but the goal is to stay local Click HERE to apply North Highland is a global management consulting firm known for helping clients solve their most complex challenges related to customer experience, performance improvement, technology and digital, and transformation.
