Humana-s Strategy Management Office partners with executives across the organization to further Humana-s strategy through a strategy management system. The practice is a small team that leverages and promotes best in class tools and frameworks to increase agility across the enterprise in planning and executing strategic change. As a team member, you will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy. Core functions of the Strategy Management Office include: Strategy Translation, Strategic Initiative Management, Strategy Alignment, Strategy Reporting and Change Management.


The Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst will work with company leaders at all levels of the organization to define and evaluate strategic objectives, measures, targets and, at times, lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The SCSA will also report progress to strategy leadership and the executive team. The SCSA will be accountable to provide an ongoing strategic view and direction on multiple initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to meet strategic objectives.

    Required Qualifications:

    - Bachelor-s degree

    - Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

    - Program/Project Management Experience

    - Proven ability to lead teams in indirect and/or or matrix reporting relationships

    - Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change

    - Proven success leading large scale initiatives

    - Proven ability to collaborate with business partners, colleagues, and customers to co-create solutions and drive toward desired outcomes

    - Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills

    - Experience presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership

    - Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Master-s degree (MBA, MPH, etc.)

    - PMP and/or or PfMP certification

    - Population Health Management Experience

    - Integrated Care Delivery Experience

    - Proficiency with -best in class- management consulting methodologies and frameworks
