Twitch is seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Strategy Manager to lead efforts related to amplifying the Twitch brand and how we use it across a variety of dimensions, including storytelling, messaging, tone of voice, naming, design, and experience. Reporting to the VP of Brand, this role will have high visibility across marketing, product, content, business development, developer relations, and sales. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, consumer tech savvy, and strategically focused individual with significant experience working in brand marketing and managing complex marketing channels / campaigns with multiple business stakeholders. Responsibilities Translate top-level marketing priorities into clear brand strategy and messages; drive the development, design, and execution of marketing activities that generate and influence brand awareness and perceptions for Twitch Build effective brand strategy across audiences including establishing the vision for the continual evolution of Twitch's brand perception; set clear goals for delivering growth in perception & affinity Develop strong creator and viewer audience-focused brand messaging and priorities that builds the foundation for brand and content marketing campaigns Lead a team of brand campaign managers to build go-to-market strategies and execute brand specific marketing campaigns that span multiple earned, owned, and paid media Work closely with key marketing, product, content, and business development stakeholders to champion the Twitch brand, including driving proactive review of brand guidelines and permissions Guide the development, implementation, execution, and/or maintenance of the following: Guidelines - create guidelines and self serve tools that help rationalize the why behind brand decisions and how to use the brand Trainings - develop trainings to make it easy for internal and external stakeholders to understand the brand, be inspired by it, and apply it correctly Messaging - build a messaging framework to enable us to tell a consistent story across campaigns and audiences Naming - partner with product marketing to name new products and features Voice - infuse brand voice in all marketing copy Research - partner with the audience research team to define new market research Oversee and manage third party brand agencies as needed Requirements 8+ years of demonstrated success and subject matter expertise in brand strategy, brand marketing, and campaign execution Experience working with consumer brands that have global impact Experience working as an individual contributor as well as managing multi functional marketing teams of varying levels and size Strong writing acumen (ie, storytelling, messaging, brand guidelines copy) Strong verbal and written communication skills Sound business judgment; strategic and analytical capabilities Ability to prioritize and multitask; ability to adapt to a fast moving environment Excellent team player with ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing, Business, or related fields a plus Perks Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance 401(k) Maternity & Parental Leave Flexible PTO Commuter Benefits Amazon Employee Discount Monthly Contribution & Discounts for Wellness Related Activities & Programs (e.g., gym memberships, off-site massages, etc.) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Served Daily Free Snacks & Beverages
