Clearance Requirement Must be a United States citizen and Public Trust eligible due to federal agency the project is with Job Description We are looking for a well-rounded, multi-faceted Salesforce practice lead and architect to help take our Salesforce practice to the next level. This is an exciting, high-growth opportunity for a Salesforce delivery expert to transition into a practice lead and expand our Salesforce capabilities. We are looking for someone that can manage and provide support to our current engagements while developing and implementing a growth plan, which will include an internal recruitment and training program for junior resources, strategic capture initiatives, and customer relationship management. This position will have a little bit of everything and we re looking for someone that is excited about working with a small business in the Salesforce space. Skills Requirements 7-10 years of working experience delivering technology solutions Must have 4+ years experience with Salesforce solution delivery working experience with Lightning Component Development, Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services preferred A minimum of 2 years of experience leading projects and technical teams Minimum of 2 years working with federal government clients or working in a federal government IT environment. Skilled in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement Enthusiastic about taking the next step to grow a Salesforce practice for a small business Exhibits a passion for current IT trends and innovative technology Strong customer relationship management, communication (written and verbal) and consulting skills Ability to quickly adjust and adapt to changing client demands Technical expertise and ability to effectively explain technology to business stakeholders Exceptional leadership and team-building skills Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) Desired Skills Experience interviewing and assessing Salesforce consultants and developers preferred Experience providing capture support and proposal support preferred Hands-on Salesforce technical architecture experience preferred Agile SCRUM and Kanban experience preferred Experience with cloud development and or architecture (i.e. AWS, Azure, Google) PaaS SaaS Active Public Trust clearance or higher Certified Salesforce Administrator and or Developer Responsibilities Leads and grows Salesforce practice Oversees solutions design and delivery to current and potential customers leveraging knowledge of current Salesforce trends and innovative technologies Directly supports Salesforce clients with solutions and delivery Advises on best practices, standards, methods, tools and applications. Analyses, designs, plans, executes, and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets. Enables a proactive Salesforce practice that can facilitate quick responses to existing project needs and Federal RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Supports capture and proposal activities. Creates and execute a workforce development plan to attract, train, and retain Salesforce talent Mentors junior team members in Salesforce technology and best practices Identifies and pursues Salesforce strategic initiatives and manages a pipeline for the Salesforce practice Develop processes and procedures to enable a scalable and effective Salesforce practice Education Bachelor s Degree is required
