Candidates have been identified Project Delivery Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss their needs, business practices, and Salesforce implementation(s) Work with our sales team to scope projects and build proposals and SOWs Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements Lead client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support Document requirements in the form of use cases Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing Present solution options to customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams Practice Program Delivery Responsibilities Build the Salesforce Consulting program, both roles and paths for growth, for our team of Salesforce Administrators and Consultants Collaborate with our development program leads to grow our Salesforce Developer program Understand and advise on skill development and training for consulting team Participate in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery Essential Requirements The Director of Salesforce Consulting needs an expert understanding of the capabilities and administration of Sales and Service Cloud. He or she must be able to understand and capture client business requirements and user needs and conceptualize and communicate the best Salesforce solutions based on those needs. He or she must be proactive, organized and logical, but enjoy working with a passionate, growing team hungry to learn and grow. Qualifications 3 years of Salesforce consulting experience with a diverse array of clients 5+ years of proven Salesforce Administration work Current Salesforce Administrator certification Current Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications OR the ability to qualify for both these certifications within the first six month of hire. In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) andor integration with external systems Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard reporting functionality Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions Experience with Classic to Lightning migrations Be a part of the ConsultNet difference.
