Overview:


Support SME in SAP Personnel Administration/Organizational Management (PA/OM) and SuccessFactors Employee Central team in coordinating projects moving HR systems/processes into the future through a blend of on premise and preparations for cloud integration. Utilize functional and technical knowledge to coordinate our HR transformation projects to support ticket resolution, troubleshoot solutions, provide interface support, deploy and sustain solutions, and system improvement projects.
Role:



  • Coordinate all deployment initiatives within the project and ensure relevant issues are communicated, addressed and resolved

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to gain insight and understanding for end-to-end process optimization, and develop solution recommendations to meet business requirements

  • Understand HRIS technical specifications and configurations for writing functional specifications, developing appropriate testing scenarios and scripts, analyzing test results, documenting process and system problems, and coordinate with technical team to resolve issues

  • Define and establish scope of a project, proactively manage any changes, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans and coach others to do the same

  • Identify and deliver on the market capability development throughout the team, super users, and expert networks

  • Work closely with offshore sustain groups to achieve SLO adherence and deliver lowest cost, to drive optimization and simplification of support organization and drive out waste

  • Make recommendations, options, and solutions with pros & cons for general requirements

  • Perform technical analysis and troubleshoots tickets associated with roles and security issues

  • Troubleshoot interfaces and resolves any problems or issues, works in collaboration with offshore development team

  • Provide on-going support with Employee Self-Service transactions (Addresses, Bank Details)


Qualifications:



  • 5 - 7 years SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • 5 years SAP HCM with PA/OM modules

  • SAP roles and security

  • Bachelor s degree

  • SuccessFactors EC certification a plus
