Job Description:

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

Play a key role in the full project lifecycle with complete end to end involvement from initial set-up to the final delivery of the project

Work with customer to analyze and understand their requirements. Participate in workshops, requirement documentation, prepare training material, configuration, design of solution

Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes, customize and design the solution. Understand the customer's Global Design Model and map business processes and requirements to the GDM

Participate in various testing - Unit and System testing, Integration testing, help with user acceptance testing.

Work with customer team to finalize the design and configuration. Support the solution during the warranty period.

Document the solution and transition to the AMS team for long term support.

Participate in Audits and comply with GDM.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

Strong functional configuration and implementation experience of complete Sales and Distribution module and Logistics execution.
Should have logistics interface experience with 3rd party warehouse and other customer owned systems

Good understanding of SAP Order Fulfillment Processes (OTC)

Implementation knowledge of SAP TM related RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, user exits and enhancements

Understanding of transportation planning, scheduling, route determination, route optimization, freight rate management, tendering, SD Order integration etc.
Should have logistics interface experience with 3rd party warehouse and other customer owned systems
Very good working knowledge of EDI and IDoc functionality
Should have good working experience on complex customization programs.

Functional-technical expertise of interfacing / integrating a variety of sources, such as barcode scanners, 3rd party applications.

Good working knowledge of EDI and IDoc functionality
Should have good working experience on complex customization programs.
Good knowledge of Integration between other modules, MM, LE including FI/CO

Ability to plan and deliver client-facing workshops if required
Ability to write detailed functional specifications for bespoke developments
Data Migration Tools (CATT, LSMW)
Able to understand and work on Solution Manager Change Management process.

Minimum of 3+ years Experience in Sales and Distribution including
Order Management
Pricing & Rebates
Billing & Invoicing
Integration with MM & FICO
