SAP Fiori Consultant HCM - Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, 89101

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based staffing and IT consulting firm, is seeking a Web Services - using HR Renewal and/or Fiori for a contract position with a well-established client in Las Vegas, NV.

The Client is seeking to augment the current Web Services team with additional SAP technical consulting resources to implement a secure, dynamic and expandable infrastructure using HR Renewal and/or Fiori within the Client s current SAP enterprise portal.

Example of duties include:

  • Convert existing SAP enterprise portal UI with Fiori apps and/or HR Renewal SAPUI based on the business needs
  • Implement mobile version of Fiori apps for Leave Requests and Manager Self-Service based on the business needs
  • Implement HR Renewal for the HCM modules
  • Knowledge transfer through documenting, mentoring and training members of the various Client Teams throughout the SOW engagement to allow for independent support
  • Other related activities as required

PROVIDER will augment the OWNER s support teams with consultant support that uses OWNER established protocols and procedures, agreed upon time frames for completion, and agreed upon design.

Initial Hours of Performance: approximately 480 - 960 hours over the next 3 - 6 months on a fulltime basis with options to renew for incremental hours as needed. Hours will be performed either on-site of OWNER or remotely or a mixture thereof.

The targeted start date is December 16, 2019.

T h e ideal candidate(s) would have the following Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Experience :

o Proven technical background, with at least five years of experience implementing secure, stable and flexible landscape designs for SAP enterprise portal product solutions

o Prior experience working at the ERP Office is preferable

o Thorough understanding of the SAP Enterprise Portal technical architecture specifically for the HCM modules

o Proven technical background, with at least two years of experience implementing

SAPUI5 HR Renewal

o Proven technical background, with at least two years of experience implementing Fiori apps

o Demonstrated proficiency in infrastructure architecture design, including optimization, administration and security

o Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Netweaver Portal, NWDI, Web Dynpro for ABAP, Web

Dynpro for JAVA, Floor Plan Manager

o Skilled in the deployment of a comprehensive secure landscape strategy that includes real-time availability, redundancy and data integrity/consistency

o Previous experience working with and delivering SAP enterprise portal using HR Renewal and/or Fiori for the public sector

o Extensive experience converting older versions of enterprise portals to newer UI/UX

using SAPUI5 HR Renewal and/or Fiori

o Extensive experience preparing landscape designs, creating Visio diagrams, writing configuration documents and delivering customer documentation to be used for future reference

o Advanced experience writing configuration documents, preparing technical and functional specification documents, and delivering customer documentation to be used for future reference (Appendix 1 details required documentation standards)

o Advanced skills in Portal Administration including system installation and configuration, analysis and implementation of system parameters and settings, evaluation and design of interfaces between SAP and external systems, maintenance of data architectures and process models

o Provide best practice approaches for the Team to consider in a variety of areas including hardware selection, landscape connectivity, testing strategies, prototyping solutions, training staff, defining change management procedures, etc.

o Public sector experience

o Ability to work with limited direction

o Good written and verbal communication skills
