Job Overview: In this role you will work closely with the Enterprise Americas Presales leadership to develop and manage programs and projects that support the broader Presales organization in its Customer-Centric engagements, Profitable Revenue Growth, Organizational Strategy and Innovation goals.

Reports to the Enterprise Americas VP of Presales.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Work with VP of Presales to create and maintain a world-class Presales culture, focused on achieving sales and presales goals as well as maintaining the SAP Concur Presales culture.

+ Build and lead a successful Solution Consulting organization and ensure that the team consistently strives for and meets organization goals.

+ Deliver on-going guidance and coaching to Solution Consulting Directors.

+ Work closely with Sales VPs to execute on sales / presales strategies.

+ Identify opportunities and strengths within the organization and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.

+ Effectively build and maintains partnerships with people at all levels across the company to accomplish organization and company goals.

+ Work effectively with internal support departments (Sales Operations, Enablement, R&D,) to contribute to the development of effective programs that promote sales to new and existing customers.

+ Work closely with Sales and Client Development VPs to achieve joint sales and client retention targets

+ Represent SAP Concur at internal and external conferences and professional association meetings.

+ Remain knowledgeable of company services and direction, financial measures, competition, key processes, business initiatives and internal resources. Utilize this knowledge to successfully guide your team and make recommendations on sales and presales strategy.

+ Responsible for management of several administrative functions.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

+ Seven years working with Sales and/or Presales teams.

+ Strong business acumen.

+ Demonstrated experience in making formal presentations.

+ Prior people management experience.

+ Solutions Consulting / Presales experience

+ Knowledge of travel and/or expense reporting industry is a plus.

+ Experience using common CRM systems.

+ Bachelor?s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

+ Willingness to travel frequently.
