Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 8-10 years of SAP CRM technical and SAP ECC ABAP experience At least 3 Full life cycle SAP CRM (Marketing Service and Sales) implementation Experience working in ECC ABAP objects and ECC ABAP development in the service management module Experience in Middleware (Basic Middleware configuration and Queue debugging, BDOC analysis) Between CRM and mobile, experience working with FioriOdata interface, performance tuning and optimization Integration experience with a ProcessWeaver shipping solution Experience with Dialog programming, middleware enhancements with ECC, CRM ABAP programming (OOABAP), BADI, BAPI, User Exists, smart forms, ALV reporting, and enhancement spots Experience in SAP-CRM to ECC bidirectional Integration for Pricing and Service orders Experience in BSP Component workbench, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer (GENIL) Business Object Layer (BOL), BSP Tag library and extensions Involvement in a cross-selling Software product implementation with SAP PIPO interface to third party RDM system is highly desired Experience in UI configuration tool, Configuration of CRM Web UI Interface, and Navigation Bar Business Role configurations Knowledge of Action Management in CRM Minimum Qualifications 8-10 years relevant experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering is preferred Version CRM 7.1 and ECC 6.0 Ehp 6 Excellent written and verbal communication is required
