A customer engagement service provider is in need of a Remote LSS Certified Black Belt Digital Process Improvement Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining reports that enable the management of continuous performance improvement
Offering recommendations for internal standardization
Leading and managing globally spanned and / or client facing process improvement initiatives
Skills and Requirements Include:

work directly on client facing activities
Certification as Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required
Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading global improvement initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications
Experience in process improvement methodology
Proficient in Minitab or other statistical software
