Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to create PI initiatives that drive improved performance. Provides facility guidance, support, and accountability through each initiative. Creates and distributes tools for project management and process improvement. Advises facilities throughout each PI initiative.
Ensures facilities have appropriate and relevant education related to PI initiatives. Utilizes available enterprise dashboards to drive and monitor PI initiatives. The Director must possess strategic vision, excellent communication skills, proven motivational capabilities, an executive presence, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results and attaining goals. - Bachelor's degree required (BSN)
- Master's degree preferred (MSN or MBA)
- Five years professional work experience required.
- Experience in working with physicians and/or other clinicians in driving efficiency and value required.
- Clinical licensure required (RN)
