This position will provide direct project management and support. Including the overall coordination, implementation, and execution of specific projects. Specific content knowledge relative to the scope of projects will be beneficial. Additionally, the applicant will serve in developing efforts for new business. From leveraging current relationships to assisting with the creation and execution of strategies for new clients.
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Supports and/or delivers contract deliverables within scope
Work with Clients Directly
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project resource allocation
Plan, schedule and track project timelines
Provide direction and support to project team
Quality assurance; consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
Works with marketing, product development teams and consultants to implement business development initiatives.
Provide superior service to current clients ensuring deliverables are met and maintain solid relationships at all level.
Strong client relationships and experience in creative problem-solving ability.
Ability to interact with various levels of management and with clients.
Able to follow company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Ability to collaborate well with team.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Bachelor's degree required
6 + years' work experience
