  • Interface with clients (including government officials and stakeholders), third party staff (including subcontractors and teaming partners), and senior management daily;
  • Document, develop, implement, maintain, and deliver engagement management solutions to internal and external clients;
  • Prepare and manage contract budgets, invoicing and project schedules;
  • Conduct quality control reviews of client deliverables;
  • Conduct ad hoc, weekly and monthly reporting;
  • Maintain staffing schedule and review utilization;
  • Communicate progress of projects, risks, issues causing delays, and resolutions to clients and senior management;
  • Collaborate with teammates and clients who are collocated or work in various geographic locations and time zones;
  • Develop and train other staff by walking through processes;
  • Represent CohnReznick by supporting business development initiatives such as attending conferences or other professional networking opportunities, writing thought leadership pieces, and providing technical expertise in proposal production tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of polices and processes; recommend/ implement policy and processes changes.
  • Utilize various financial models to support acquisition, reporting, and client needs;
  • Analyze and solve day-to-day challenges with data and analytics/reporting systems including research data and systems issues, resolve and/or prioritize issue resolution, proactively identify data quality problems and support solution identification; identify and recommend improvements specific to the public sector;


  • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred in the field of finance, accounting, business management, or related field;
  • MBA degree, CPA designation, CFE designation, CIA certification, PgMP certification, or CFCM certification a plus;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant industry/consulting role, working on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) managing resources, budgets, deadlines and external- and internal-facing deliverables;
  • Previous experience working with or for federal, state or local organizations;
  • Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to create and sustain strong client relationships;
  • Proven track record of business development and networking abilities;
  • Ability to perform and utilize data analytics and develop reporting tools within Microsoft Excel; experience in other reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to work with collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Preferred-PMP certification in progress or completed;
  • Federal industry experience preferred;
  • US citizenship required to work with certain US government agencies;
