You will play a pivotal role in the organization and be expected to contribute significantly to idea generation and output. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contribute to growth strategy, business planning, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Build and test hypotheses through a data-driven approach and stakeholder relations
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and internal performance metrics to deliver fact-based insights that support actionable strategy
  • Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to build consensus and secure commitment for priority initiatives
  • Prepare communication materials that are logical and well structured, supported by data, and possess a narrative that clearly links the details to the big picture for Print leadership
  • Actively participate in Print Strategy team-building efforts, including but not limited to: knowledge development and management, training, recruiting, and other activities


REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-3 years of Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred*
  • Undergraduate business degree in a field such as finance, economics, or mathematics
  • Superior analytical reasoning, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication in meetings and deliverables
  • Reliable and organized with high level of attention to detail and professional rigor
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other types of applications
  • Participate effectively on cross-functional teams in different capacities to drive alignment
  • Learn quickly and work well under pressure in time-sensitive situations
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a high-demand environment and respond to rapid change
