Job Description:

This role will be part of a team overseeing the end user experience when rolling out new, large-scale enterprise, end-user technology deployments across the firm including Office 365, Windows 10, VDI, Microsoft Teams Conference Systems and SharePoint Online. It will focus on adoption for new technologies including working with our training and communications teams, collecting requirements from stakeholders and leading change management. The successful candidate will also help responding to end queries and questions; collect feedback, pain points and requests from end users; and plan and lead new technology demos for end users.
Skills:
• Interface between business and technical teams
• Organizational change management for large IT implementations, including stakeholder analyses, business impact analyses, change saturation analyses, persona creation, user stories, key performance metrics, and overall change plan creation
• Driving adoption for large, complex, enterprise-wide projects
• Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology
• Planning/modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results
• Strong experience in project management processes:
o Organizational change management and training
o Risk management
o Scope and change request management
o Schedule management
• Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Strong organization, presentation and customer service skills
• Experience with the following technologies
o Office 365, including MS Teams and OneDrive
o SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint Online including building and managing SharePoint sites - experience with Nintex is a plus
o Microsoft Teams Conferencing Systems (or Skype Room Systems)
o Windows 10 deployments
o VDI
Experience in:
- Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems
- Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP) and project management life cycle (PMLC)
• Strong experience in project/change management processes:
- Budget management and resource management
- Communication and organizational change management
- Risk management
- Schedule management
• Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Strong organization, presentation and customer service skills
• Working with user groups such as technology ambassadors and executive influencers
