Our industry leading and technology driven client has an immediate need for an Organizational Change Management Consultant in Cincinnati, OH. You will apply your organizational change management experience and knowledge of Agile methodology in an enterprise environment. In this role, you will provide guidance in the design, development, and implementation of organizational change plans and communications to help meet business objectives. Rate 55.00 to 65.00 per hour + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k matching) Responsibilities for Organizational Change Management Consultant Develop and integrate OCM plan to IT initiatives by providing guidance and direction to business subject matter experts (SMEs) and project team members Maintain required OCM artifacts Create metrics to recognize people-related risks and anticipated resistance develop plans to mitigate and resolve resistance Create, monitor, and track metrics for adoption, utilization, and proficiency required by individuals impacted by a change Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner Identify the need for and implements corrective action plans to address and resolve performance and other organizational ldquocurrentfuture staterdquo gaps Review and edit stakeholder communications to build commitment to the change Qualifications for Organizational Change Management Consultant 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience Experience with project management and process improvement Experience with Agile methodology SAFe experience is a plus Bachelorrsquos Degree in business, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Communications, HR, or related field Change Management Professional Certification is a plus For immediate consideration please send your updated resume to .
