Oracle R12 Communications & Change Management SME - Washington , Washington DC, United States, 20001

i360 has an upcoming need for an Oracle R12 Communication & Change Management SME will need experience with transition/migration support. The successful resource will be experienced with communication, training and change management initiative to ensure federal agency staff and participating agencies make a smooth transition to the new systems. This project is on-boarding now through October 2019 in Washington DC.
    • Must be able to provide support for communications to stakeholders across the organization from transactional staff to executive leadership to ensure proper awareness and acceptance of major milestones, schedules, training and policies/procedures.
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support acceptance of new shared business systems.
    • Support stakeholder management, including executive level briefings, periodic written communications, support for an internal website to communicate changes and answer frequently asked questions, and support collaborative training and communications of agency requirements.
    • Assist in identification of testers and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Must have 3 years of Change Management and Oracle Federal Financial migration experience to support R12.x.x. Oracle modules.(Like P2P, A2R, O2R, B2R, SLA, OTL, FV and Projects.)
    • Must be able to work with project manager and senior staff to support the Change Management Process capture and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) utilizing a work breakdown structure (WBS) to track baseline and modified schedules, staff level of effort, major milestones, gate reviews and deliverables.
    • Attend and contribute management meetings as needed and provide insight to project schedule and projections
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
      • 3yrs of demonstrated prior Oracle Change Migration and Management Support Experience
      • Must have knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials experience
      • Must have demonstrated excellent customer service skills
      • Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational and problem-solving skills
      • Must have Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain Oracle issues to management team.
      • Prior demonstrated experience supporting scope of work, performance work statements and service level agreement documents
      • Demonstrated prior Oracle Federal Financials experience managing projects in two (2) or more of the following areas:
        • Acquire to Retire
        • Cost Accounting
        • Procure to Pay
        • Budget to Report
        • Order to Cost
      • Demonstrated customer service skills exercising strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Visio

      • Must have strong Oral and Written Communication skills
      • Must have strong experience working within Teams
      • Must have strong Client Support Skills with Flexible and open Responsiveness

      • Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop polished, professional documentation and other written materials
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
      • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      • Must be able to clear a federal background check - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
