RSM US, LLP is seeking an experienced NetSuite Support Desk Leader to assist in building our national ?Managed Application Services? group and develop it into a large national managed services business that provides consistently high-quality services to larger, distributed clients in key RSM industry sectors. The Managed Application Service (?MAS?) Desk Leader role includes initiatives related to client onboarding, ticket resolution upgrade testing, management of RSM tools and technology, growing the existing MAS team and determining new solutions provided to our clients. Responsibilities The MAS supervisor would oversee the MAS Desk team. This position will oversee approximately six individuals from multiple regions. This person will work with the NetSuite Practice Leadership to create demand generation activities, improved delivery processes, assist in the selection of delivery tools, monitor team performance and assist in ticket resolution as needed. Basic Qualifications ? Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology andor Business Administration. ? Five years? experience in consulting or admin services related to NetSuite ERP. Preferred Qualifications ? Experience in working in a dynamic environment of support tickets, problem solving and client service. ? Certified on NetSuite ?
