The Microsoft Practice Leader will be accountable for the Microsoft GTM strategy and Offering focus here in North America. The Microsoft Practice Leader is responsible for revenue growth across the US and Canada. Will drive profitable business through optimization and incorporating automationinnovation to existing engagements. Support Microsoft product service sales, manage the Microsoft alliance, direct the team members and serve as the focal point for all sales engagements. The Microsoft Practice Leader will work directly with the sales and delivery teams to help quantify the business value of all Microsoft pursuits. The position requires an innovative and motivated individual who with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience help the Microsoft Practice meet its annual revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development - Develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes global practice leaders to develop pursuit teams and deliver client deals. Professionally represents Fujitsu at Microsoft customer meetings. Engage and collaborate with the customers in developing a business case for Microsoft product service adoption. Practice Development Thought Leadership - Development of solutions and methodologies, development of thought leadership in consulting services expertise areas and GTM for both the US and Canada - Work with Center of Excellence (CoE) to creating leading edge solutions - Work closely with PreSales to develop Win Strategy People Development - Capability and Skills Development. Ensure Top Talent is in place to delivery services Supporting Partner Alliances - Provide guidance to the alliances team to help build and manage partnerships for the Practice. Practice Operations - Create the Revenue Profit in the Microsoft Practice - Ensure Delivery Excellence - Execute on global plans to elevate and grow Microsoft Revenue Contact us if you have Bachelor s Degree MBA a plus! Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience 5+ years of experience leading a Microsoft Practice Strong Microsoft relationships and other key contacts in the Microsoft market, Global market relationships are a plus! Track record of success in managing a Microsoft Practice and Delivery Excellence Understand the challenges that digital disruption is having in the market and are truly inspired by the opportunity to help customers solve their business critical problems Deep understanding of Microsoft business solutions with outstanding consultative and client presentation skills. Very polished and comfortable interacting with client CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, Business Unit heads and other leaders you speak their language, your experience presents you as an agent for change within their industry because you understand, can articulate and show how you can help to solve their issues Capable of handling complex sales with contract options o Able to discuss negotiate contract TC s o Resourceful and able to engage the right people to bring deal to closure Significant experience analyzing, designing and implementing large scale Microsoft businesstechnology solutions which includes strategy, IT technology solutions and business process improvements. Should have run client engagements and therefore understands the nuances engagement, delivery and communication. Has managed client expectations while selling consulting type services.
