Manage overall client quality efforts and deliverables for all accounts Strong client management skills with the ability to resolve client issues with a sense of urgency Daily management CE team of risk managers to the overall VSRM process Setting expectations of client deliverables for CE team Assigning QA calls for technical accuracy and client health Train team to increase quality Maintain overall management of client portfolio and all CE Leads Preparing and presenting deliverables to clients Planning QA deliverables and calls with metrics and reporting in Leadership Report. Monthly and Quarterly team goals and metrics setting and feedback. Planning for CE hiring. Reviewing weekly metrics to determine current client and pilot client satisfaction. Maintain high level of current knowledge in security and regulation Keep informed on current changes in security and regulatory industry Demonstrate advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint) and SharePoint for the creation and maintenance of client deliverables. Microsoft Dynamics CRM a huge plus. Requirements 5 years of work experience with in areas of Vendor Security Risk Assessment processes, Information Security Management, Review of IT Controls, Medical Device andor ProductApplication Assessments. BA or BS Management Information Systems or business related field (MBA preferred) 1+ years of experience managing a team of 3-15 employees 3-5 year of experience in a client facing role- consulting preferred but would consider other industries. Strong knowledge industry regulations and audit frameworks such as SSAE 1618, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, FedRAMP or HITRUST Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in fast paced consulting environment. Ability to travel up to 30 to client sites. Desired Understanding industry standards relating to the areas of healthcare compliance and Information Security in order to assist healthcare organizations with the assessment and improvement of their security posture would be highly desired but not required.
