Primary Responsibilities bull Define strategy and structure for future Taxonomy Attribution model bull Work with Product and Engineering teams to implement Taxonomy Attribution model bull Leverage Web Analytics, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to action and improve digital customer shopping experience bull Partner with Google and other 3rd party Agencies to optimize customerrsquos digital experience bull Maintain and develop the Taxonomy Attribution model via deep analysis of customer trends and customer search patterns bull Responsible for defining business logic that supports Taxonomy Attribution model automation bull Challenge status quo and introduce constructive friction to past thought bull Build deep bench of knowledgeable Taxonomy Attribution SMEs bull Identify testing opportunities and partner with AB Test Team execute and analyze bull Partner with Analytics teams to develop and right-size initiative report outs Core Competencies Accomplishments bull 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce Taxonomy, Attribution, andor customer experience optimization bull Proven interpretation and application of digital customer trends via Google Analytics or like tools bull Experience delivering optimized Taxonomy and Attribution models across digital channels (Site, App, Mobile, Tablet) bull Experience partnering with Google teams to optimize customer capture, conversion, and retention bull Experience working in matrixed environments across eCommerce, core IT, and Business teams bull Excellent written and verbal communication skills bull Strong people interaction, facilitation, and negotiation skills bull Retail experience preferred Job Summary This team member will own and drive our companyrsquos strategy and implementation to take our eCommerce Taxonomy and Attribution to the forefront of our customerrsquos digital shopping experience. In doing so, the candidate will partner with Product and Engineering teams, Analytics teams, and cross functional Business teams to define how our items are best delivered through external search, internal search, and browse navigation. Key to this rolersquos success, the candidate will have deep experience partnering with Google and like Agencies to understand, apply, and continuously evolve customer digital shopping behaviors.
