We are looking for a collaborative, digitally savvy candidate to support various initiatives on our Partner Development Strategy team! Specifically, this person will provide direction on digital and social media strategies for both our traditional corporate partnerships as well as other business development initiatives that are housed within the Partner Development group. This person will also support broader business development goals intended for driving both short and long-term revenuegenerating initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Uncover and understand partner objectives during sales discovery to best align business goals with potential branded content activations and other digital implementations Collaborate with members of the strategy and business development team to help brainstorm new ideas that support partnership sales in driving new business Research and present social media and branded digital content ideas from other NBA teams, leagues and sports properties Develop promotional and distribution strategies for partner promotions and digital content to meet partner objectives Strategize how to best optimize digital campaigns to support partnership activation team in delivering value to partners Work with Design Director on creative to support sponsored digital campaigns, e-commerce, Jr. Celtics, and other initiatives Learn about and understand Celtics marketing guidelines, goals and campaigns to align with partner objectives Collaborate with marketing and business intelligence teams to understand digital and social media audiences, and other fan insights that can help drive digital revenue across partnerships, merchandise, Jr. Celtics, CLTX Gaming and other business development functions Manage day-to-day relations with e-commerce partner - have general understanding of inventory, request product images, and have a handle on available promotions to drive merchandise sales Assist with reporting and analyzing of merchandise sales to optimize promotional strategies and product pushes Work with Director of Youth Basketball and Development to build year-long promotional strategy to increase reach and enable sell-through of Jr. Celtics programs Draft copy and schedule posts for partner content and promotions on Celtics owned social media channels and database emails Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Passionate about professional sports and enthusiasm for learning about the various business channels that are part of it Ability to collaborate with other groups and departments under many circumstances Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing business needs and conditions Willingness to be an outstanding teammate and excited to encourage and support those around them Available to work nights, weekends and holidays depending on the needs of the department and NBA schedule Please forward resumes to the Boston Celtics' Human Resources Department at .
