Responsibilities

Role Purpose
The Manager, Content Strategy will support the planning, execution, and reporting of all NBC Sports Group Marketing campaigns across multiple linear and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the marketing promotional strategy for Sunday Night Football, The Olympics, NHL, NASCAR, Premier League, etc.
  • Manage promotional inventory across NBC Sports Group linear and digital platforms utilizing scheduling platforms such as TiVo, Sintec, FreeWheel and Google Ad Manager
  • Produce regular campaign delivery reporting across NBC Sports Linear and Live Stream platforms
  • Provide analysis and key insights to leadership via high level reports and executive summary presentations
  • Adjust promotional plans and schedules as needed based on reporting analysis, leadership requests, and various day to day updates
  • Work with the creative team and content services to request promotional assets based on plans and inventory
  • Align with counterparts across other key NBC Universal business units on all barter and cross company inventory
  • Identify windows of opportunity on NBC Sports Live Stream with the sales capacity team
  • Communicate regularly with Traffic team to ensure log inventory is filled and other daily programming changes are applied
  • Track and ensure all league and partnership contractual obligations and commitments are being met
  • Act as liaison for Master Control on all Network matters


Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum four (4) years of Marketing experience involving linear, digital and social platforms
  • Skilled communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with key partners
