Management Group/Advisory Staff Manager - Carlsbad , California, United States, 92008

PURPOSE As the Management Group and Advisory Staff Manager, this person will support all facets of and be responsible for the Area of Business associated with a defined group of key Management Groups as well as overseeing the Advisory Staff Program. This person will report to the National Field Sales Director to create and implement programs and promotions to help drive the overall field sales business. This person will work with the Management Group and Advisory Staff Associate Manager to maintain contact with key internal and external personnel to provide best in class customers relations and service for these groups. They must have a strong awareness of the adidas Golf strategies and culture so they can provide expertise, knowledge and support in alignment with company objectives and quality standards. They will act within the scope of corporate objectives and policies to accomplish assigned goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A day-to-day resource for the Territory Field Sales Reps and their corresponding Management Group and Advisory Staff Program customer base. Helps to achieve Management Group and Advisory Staff sales goals. Delegate assignments and assign tasks to Associate Manager ensuring timely execution of the day to day business. Adhere to, and ensure, the team adheres to effective time management principles as well as proper use of company resources and equipment. Process a variety of requests, identify service and sales difficulties and initiate appropriate actions to resolve problems. Communicate regularly with members of customer service, sales and operations. Provide Field Sales Director and Regional Managers with sales figures in key categories as requested. Insure that SAP account coding for Management Groups are accurate. Work directly with customers and Management Group Associate Manager to facilitate special event orders that require 100% in-full, on-time delivery. Maintain and monitor Management Group Staff Members Provide support to Regional Managers and Field Sales Reps, regarding staff programs, including contract execution and order allocations. Maintain contact with sales force regarding support of staff professionals at local events and product needs. Proactively build relationships with assigned adidas Staff Professionals to assist in driving brand recognition and support by providing exceptional service for all product needs. Proactively service Dassler Board Members and Top Staff Professionals Develop communication strategies for all levels of Staff Professionals via the staff ordering website, staff news updates/videos, and other special messaging. Coordinate and host staff professional visits to Carlsbad with campus tour and meetings as needed. EDUCATION, TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor's in a business-related field preferred; Minimum of 3 years Sales-related work experience required Product expert on adidas Golf products Additional computer system literacy should include MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Golf industry knowledge required Must demonstrate a superior customer service focus, telephone etiquette, and effective verbal, written, and keyboard skills Individual must work cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organization Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is essential Unparalleled organizational skills with the ability to conduct several high priority projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
