INTEGRATION WORKING GROUP (IWG) COORDINATOR FINANCIAL SERVICES

REQUISITION

The Integration Working Group Coordinator works with the Atlas Program Manager and business process engineering workstream lead to provide management support to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Functional Program Offices. Provide assistance with enterprise wide coordination of communication and integration of functional aspects of DMLSS/Logicole system. Atlas Research is seeking an experienced project coordinator familiar with financial services management for supply chain to provide management support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the VHA Functional Community Directors, their associated IWG and the Program Office to coordinate and facilitate IWG meetings
  • Coordinate, track and report actions/status of tasks and activities identified by the IWG.
  • Revise and maintain frequently asked questions in support of the functional community with financial and fiscal services and their specific business processes.
  • Support monthly IWG meeting materials and minutes
  • Provides inputs to client s weekly and monthly reports both graphically and written text

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master s degree from a licensed or accredited institution
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working as a process integrator or project coordinator/manager
  • Familiarity with DMLSS as a software system and functional capabilities for financial management
  • Familiarity with VHA procurements processes
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong quality control standards with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions
  • Ability to frequently change priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including the ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
  • Team player with ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Effective time management skills with emphasis on quality and timely completion of tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship indefinitely
  • Ability to obtain a US security clearance if needed
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a federal consulting environment
  • Experience in managing/coordinating working groups and implementation tasks
  • Experience with financial management at VA Medical Centers or Defense Health Agency medical treatment facilities
  • Experience working with, or interest in working with Federal Medical Supply Chain Programs
