Consultant Opportunities ndash NO travel! My client, an established Dallas based boutique consulting organization is growing and is looking for Senior Consultants and Managers to join their team! If you have experience working with external clients within an IT Management Consulting organization and would like to get off the road, please read below as the business model of my client is to build practice groups around their client base. They value the experience of seasoned professionals with a consulting background relevant to their offerings Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Technology Enablement, and Analytics. You will be expected to take on a wide variety of roles, internally and with clients, leveraging your knowledge to help move their organization forward. Qualifications Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience within a management consulting organization Bachelorrsquos degree required Proven ability to develop deep client network and relationships Proven expertise in industry, functional, andor technical area(s) Strong facilitation and negotiation abilities Manager and Senior Manager positions require experience in a management capacity Responsibilities Understand business problems, consider alternatives, provide recommendations, and determine and implement optimal solutions Apply industry, business and technical knowledge to achieve individual project expectations and project team objectives Consistently meet or exceed client expectations to enable future opportunities Build and maintain professional and personal relationships while proactively growing network Communicate opportunities to leadership Give recommendations and updates to senior leadership using appropriate channel, timing, and level of detail Facilitate a variety of meetings with diverse audiences Build and share knowledge and skills quickly and continuously to deliver on client commitments Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions involving significant scale, depth, andor breadth Lead programs and provide guidance to team members (e.g., project managers, team leads, analysts), and hold them accountable for ensuring stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded Provide strategic advisory services in technical, functional, andor industry areas Identify business leads and opportunities at current and target clients Manage and grow client relationships Continually develop and improve leadership capabilities to enhance effectiveness internally and externally
