DESCRIPTION The IED Strategy team supports Institutional Equity Division ("IED") management in strengthening our leadership position in global equity sales and trading. The group focuses on strategy and execution to help drive absolute and relative performance of IED, including developing multi-year strategic priorities, analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying tactical opportunities, and assessing financial and other resourcing needs to drive growth across products and regions. Additionally, the team is responsible for IED's budgeting, forecasting, and CCAR capital planning processes, and supports divisional management in its internal and external communication Key responsibilities include quantitative and qualitative business and competitor analyses, ownership of IED CCAR deliverables, and collaboration within the division across products and regions, as well as across the Firm to ensure execution. The team has broad and deep interactions with Fixed Income, IBD, GCM, Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, Capital Planning, MRD, Operations and Technology. As an example, a successful CCAR process entails collaboration across all of IED's core product areas - Cash, Derivatives, Prime Brokerage and International Wealth Management - as well as partnership with other internal stakeholders such as product controllers, Corporate FP&A and Model Risk Management. The team is in search of a well-rounded candidate who is a self-starter with a skillset grounded in analytics and interest in corporate finance that can be applied to multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities: ??? Work with products and regions in developing annual budgets, strategic plans and initiatives ??? Analyze business trends and competitive dynamics to formulate actionable recommendations for enhancing performance ??? Manage quarterly update of IED CCAR revenue and balance sheet forecasts, by collaborating across IED, Finance, Corporate FP&A, Model Risk Management and others ??? Prepare and present materials to complete internal CCAR review and challenge process ??? Manage ongoing competitive and other business analyses Qualifications: Qualifications: ??? Strong modeling and analytic skills ??? Ability to manage complex process involving multiple stakeholders ??? Strong verbal and written communication skills ??? Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint ??? Preference for candidates with familiarity of CCAR and Institutional Securities businesses ??? MBA or bachelor's de ??? Degree in business, economics, accounting or related discipline preferred
