At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.
Provide the client with human capital management support.
Data analytics and visualization: Collect and consolidate human capital data from various sources, create Tableau dashboards illustrating strategic data points across the OCIO
Thought leadership: Develop white papers to help the client understand trends and best practices in human capital management and how they can be applied to the OCIO's workforce
Continuity of services: Support workforce planning and service continuity by developing and updating standard operating procedures for all client activities
Strategic planning: Develop the annual strategic human capital implementation plan outlining OCIO's strategic human capital objectives based on the entire human capital cycle
Record Management: Support client records management by creating and managing SharePoint sites; provide operational maintenance, enhancements, and automation for HCM databases (SharePoint, Access, Oracle APEX)
Performance appraisal support: Support administration of the annual performance appraisal process
Reporting: Provide monthly status reports on project progress and next steps
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Human capital, communications, data analytics, and strategy experience, such as:
* strategic human capital planning and management
* workforce planning, performance appraisal, succession planning
* standard operating procedure development and maintenance
* SharePoint development, enhancement, automation
* workforce data analytics and visualization
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
