Minimum qualifications

3 years of public sector experience in management consulting, technology, global system integrator or public cloud.

5 years of experience in enablement and activation of field or direct sales.

Experience creating, maintaining or delivering content in a technology area.

Field sales experience with cloud technologies to Enterprise business customers using a value selling methodology.

Preferred qualifications

Comfort with working in a fast growing, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.

Expertise in taking complex business challenges and/or solutions and then structuring/presenting them in a way that delivers insights and is meaningful for the target audience.

Expert in one or more cloud technologies, as evidenced by demonstrated proficiency with cloud messaging and productivity tools and specifically Company Cloud solutions and their application to solving customer business problems.

Demonstrated ease of working and execution across multiple time zones and the ability to travel to support various activities of the team.

Reporting to the Head of Industry Enablement, you will closely partner with the global public sector leadership team to design, develop and roll out industry specific enablement programs for all field sales roles that help execute the global public sector Go-To-Market strategy.

You will ensure sellers can speak the language of their customers, be focused on the business oCompanyomes of the customer base and will have the highest priority at Executive levels. This pivot to Industry Solutions and Value selling is a key objective for Company Cloud and this individual will ensure that sellers are proficient in positioning and selling public sector solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the role based learning plans and execution for sellers with the intention of improving selling capabilities by providing the appropriate level of skills, operational excellence, industry and solution knowledge relevant to their role.

Partner with the regional leadership to align enablement offerings to business priorities and Go-To-Market.

Manage the enablement calendar, track completion and report on impact of enablement of sales skills, solutions, operational excellence (systems, sales processes, tools), and industry solutions.

Work directly with cross-functional teams across industry sales, marketing, strategy, product, engineering, professional services organization, and partner teams to support industry Go-To-Market strategies.
