Head of Client Strategy and Business Development - Boston, Massachusetts, United States, 02298

The incumbent is responsible for the leadership and direction of the BNY Mellon Wealth Management regional sales. The incumbent will oversee the Clients Strategists, the Private Bankers and oversee all the sales strategies and marketing plans for the UHNW, multi Family Office and Family Office business in the region. The incumbent will be responsible for hiring the external salesforce and for driving external growth for the region. The incumbent will be responsible for generating new investment management business, private banking and deposits flows, and for overseeing all aspects of pipeline management, detailed forecasting and planning. The incumbent will lead the sales coaching; articulation training and team based selling disciplines across the region. S/he will oversee the marketing plans and strategic initiatives for the region. The incumbent will establish the highest standards of client service, overseeing the client onboarding functions. The sales support team will be charged with continuous innovation in tracking intermediary activities, events and demonstrating ROI on investments.

Qualifications

The incumbent should possess 10+ years of related experience, preferably in an investment, including 2+ years management experience. S/he will have a proven track record of growing revenues, demonstrating successful sales leadership and management in the ultrahigh wealth management space. An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
