Design data visualizations that are quickly and easily understood by HR, business leadership, and other non-technical audiences
Collaborate with the analytics team, HR, and business partners to capture requirements and craft appropriate solutions
Present to and educate non-technical audiences on features and functions of the team's products
Build metrics and data groupings that are significant to users and enable identification of trends
Use a range of functionality to build multifaceted dashboards (Tableau, Power BI), using data from various sources (Excel, SQL, Hadoop server) and publishing the final product to a server
Evaluate dataset accuracy, completeness, and stability to establish repeatable and balanced processes to keep dashboards fresh and up to date
Background Experience
Required qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools (eg, Tableau or Power BI) to build dashboards, implement sophisticated business rules
2+ years internal consulting experience
2+ year of experience leading projects
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
Preferred qualifications
2+ years using tools like Tableau Prep, Alteryx, SAS, R, Python, or SQL to integrate disparate and complex datasets.
Knowledge of business systems (such as HRIS and ATS)
