Global Client Program Director Global Client Program Director The Global Client Program Director is responsible for the successful delivery of business change programs that underpin and enable the agreed data strategy for our global clients. Candidate must have a good balance of making change happen through the rigour of forms and process and the skill of influence and persuasion. Key Accountabilities Program and change management for global clients Agree target operating model and change required to deliver data strategy for global clients Global and Market level iii. Define organizational change required Shaping and definition of programs with clients and internal stakeholders High level plan Communications strategy iii. Program branding Agree resourcing, funding and commercial arrangements Define roles and responsibilities of program team Mobilize program team including use of internal teams from across the DAN network Define, agree and establish appropriate program governance Proactively engage and manage internal and client stakeholder relationships Ensure effective program operation Engage with Technology teams (Product and Technical teams), Commercial, Global Digital Operations, HR and others as required Support recruitment of resources into new roles as required Establish a PMO for Global Clients Define the standard templates, reporting, processes and operation for the Global PMO Set up the PMO and run the Global Client Steering Group Provide key program insights for the SteerCo (risks, issues, dependencies, costs, etc.,.) Program and SWAT team recruitment Define roles for program and SWAT teams Organize recruitment program Arrange induction and onboarding activities Wider organizational adoption of project management disciplines Provide mentoring to colleagues and other people across the global client teams Communicate the value and benefits of project management Build momentum and support for adopting change management disciplines within DAN Work with the wider Data Strategy team Engage with the Data Strategy Directors to understand wider client context Provide support as required (i.e. with Data Strategy, Playbooks, Onboarding processes, etc.) This role should consider the following The complex organizational dynamics of the business created by the different priorities of the local and global teams Global clients are not always priorities for local market teams Global clientsrsquo needs differ, requiring robust assessment and understanding, and these differences reflected within the approach to program and change management The organization is evolving and both data and change management capabilities are still maturing It is a very flexible and dynamic business that moves quickly and requires an agile and responsive approach Data product development and platforms are not unified and currently still operate in a federated manner across the network, so the team will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and CTO. There are varying levels of data and analytics skills and capabilities across the network, which will need to be standardized and scaled for global clients Global client pitches, SLAs and contracts need to be reviewed to ensure we can deliver and manage a scaled data and analytics solution with appropriate financial benefits Essential Personal Attributes Strategic and pragmatic ndash take practical approach to clientrsquos needs while also recognizing the strategic opportunities presented by the capabilities within the data strategy Mobilization and influencing skills ndash initiate global delivery and transition activities successfully, corralling and coordinating resources from across the network, and ensure effective engagement to influence and lead client team(s) Collaboration ndash align and coordinate activities with DAN and client teams to ensure effective delivery of data and technology solutions for clients Opportunistic ndash proactively identify opportunities to add value for clients through improved data and technology solutions or delivery method Ambitious (a desire to disrupt) ndash drive new ways of thinking into internal teams and across the network Completerfinisher ndash ensure successful completion of programs and transition activities.
