HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Define phased-strategy to establish a three-way digital relationship between Specialized, an independent bike retailer, and a rider. Benchmark best practices, across similar industries, for connecting service appointment, sales, and lead generation data between a product brand and independent retail. Create a roadmap to execute strategy in pilot regions, then scaling globally. Interface with multiple functions within the business to integrate data and analytics gathered from retail. Lead project management and communication of progress towards roadmap with all stakeholders, including cross-functional leaders, the executive team, and retail owners. WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN Background in data analytics, data science, or data strategy Background in retail data and/or retail technology (point of sale, lead management, appointment scheduling, inventory management) Strong project management skills Strong communicator Experience with one or more commercial cloud-connected point of sale systems Experience with digitally connected retail Experience in project management and project management tools Preferred experience in data architecture and analytics tools
