We are looking for GCP Technical Consultants to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. There are 5 open positions and they are all long term contract positions. Must Haves Technical hands on expertise in GCP and Accounts ManagementCustomer service experience. You will be Responsible for working closely with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) to architect and integrate solutions comprising of their products and services onto Google Cloud Platform. Liaise between ISV partners and our internal engineering teams to implement best practices and ensure the maintenance of these solutions which comprise of popular open source and commercial products. Drive the end to end integration of new solutions and updates to existing products for GCP Marketplace. If interested, please send resumes to - Technical Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Science Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical, digital operations, or systems support role Solid understanding of public clouds (i.e. Google, AWS, Azure). Ability to use one or more scripting languages (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, ebextensions) Working knowledge of Google cloud infrastructure (i.e. projects, images, virtual machines, rhellinuxcentos, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, GPU) Working knowledge of GCP Deployment Manager templates creation System Engineering or DevOps experience Linux and Windows Administration Chef, Puppet, Ansible, python and power shell Experience with popular open source software (such as Cassandra, MySQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ) Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting Virtual Machines, K8s, and System Infrastructure Able to troubleshoot and drive technical issues forward independently - self starter eager to unblock partners Ability to perform administrative functions on operating systems such as Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat), andor Microsoft Windows Server Knowledge of the software industry, cloud computing, and the Google Cloud stack Experience in delivering complex data analysis and proposed solutions to senior leadership Other industry recognized technical credentials (Google certifications, AWS certifications, CISM, CISSP, CISA, or Microsoft Azure certifications, etc.) Functional Requirements Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form Excellent work ethic - works independently, knows when to ask for help, able to unblock technical issues Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment, adapt to changing needs and evolving business processes Ability to follow and update technical documentation Previous experience with partner management, digital content pipeline and ingestion, TAM, PM, System Admin, or QA role Strong analytical skills to understand problem domain, develop insights and propose solutions.
